Food & Fridge Organizing

When we are focusing on health and wellness, one area that tends to be forgotten is our environment and how this can impact the success of our goals. Food and how we are storing food can help push success for us and allow us to feel further motivated in our goals or it can overwhelm us and drive us toward wanting to order food/go out to eat, etc. A clean space, especially when it comes to the fridge and our food, is a vital area to focus on to bring harmony between our environment and our health goals.

Amanda with Easy Life Organizing and Emily with Nourish & Lift have teamed up to bring us closer to our food.  Amanda will be discussing the best ways to make your existing spaces functional for food storage for your pantry and fridge.  She will also be showing us some great products that can bring an additional level of storage to any space to give everything a home. Emily will discuss how to best store fruits and vegetables to optimize shelf life, the shelf life of dairy products from a probiotic standpoint, and different ways to view leftovers/meal-prepped foods from a storage standpoint. She will also discuss the shelf life and expiration dates of condiments and optimal ways to consider storing/freezing prepped food items.
